About Yolanda Harris Sayre
Yolanda is a highly experienced attorney, instructor and adjudicator. Her practice area expertise spans criminal law and procedure, juvenile law, domestic violence, election law, complex negotiations, legal writing, motion practice, administrative law and litigation. Her broad experience and unique perspective will be an asset to the bench. The honorable Yolanda Sayre was appointed to the 5th subcircuit and now serves as Judge.
Having worked for two decades as an attorney and administrative law judge, for most of her career has forced Yolanda to be tough, smart and relentless. The challenges she has faced have forced her to develop unimaginable strength, faith and discernment. She is compassionate and caring, yet tough and tenacious.
